Three beam four-post type structure, optimization design by computer, simple, economic and applicable. Hydraulic control system adopts cartridge valve integrated system, reliable operation, long service life, small hydraulic impact, reduced the connecting line and the leak point. Unique electrical control system, reliable operation, intuitive, easy maintenance. With centralized control buttons, adjust (or points), single (semi-automatic) are two kinds of operating mode. Can realize fixed distance and constant pressure two molding process, and have confirmed when rolling etc. Working pressure and stroke, according to the needs of process within the prescribed scope is adjustable.
Applicable fields ：
This series machine is suitable for the metal material tensile, bending, flanging, cold extrusion, cutting process, also applies to calibration, pressure equipment, powder products, abrasive products, pressure molding and plastic products, insulation materials and forming.
Optional accessories ：
Blanking buffer device, sliding table, screen safety protection devices, oil cooling device, touch screen, a shaking device (hydraulic or mechanical), quick die clamping machine, imported PLC, with floating guide rail of the mould and rolling bracket, overhead type hydraulic system, the slider locking mechanism.

性能特點：
★本系列液壓機是通用性壓制設(shè)備，適用于可塑性材料的壓制工藝。如粉末制品成型、塑料制品成型、冷（熱）擠壓金屬成型、薄板接伸以及沖壓、彎曲、翻邊、校正等工藝。
★機器具有獨立的動力機構(gòu)的電氣系統(tǒng)，采用按鈕集中控制，可實現(xiàn)調(diào)整、手動及半自動三種工作方式;
★機器的工作壓力、壓制速度和滑塊行程，均可根據(jù)工藝需要進(jìn)行調(diào)整，并能完成頂出工藝、不帶頂出工藝、拉伸工藝三種工藝方式，每種工藝又為定壓、定程兩種工藝動作供選擇，定壓成型工藝在壓制后具有保壓、延時、自動回程。
★本系列液壓機除具有上述功能外，頂出缸還具有頂出、延時、自動退回。
